Austin, Houston, San Antonio and anywhere in the state. Planning starts by video; the days on site are scheduled as one block.
By arrangement, with the same model: plan by video, then a scheduled block on site. Recent work includes Colorado Springs.
Travel engagements
Travel engagements require a minimum of 2 on-site days. Travel and lodging are billed at cost, and a 50% deposit holds the dates. Currently scheduling about 4–6 weeks out.
A virtual walkthrough of the home and the household, so the plan and sourcing are ready before arrival.
A scoped residency of consecutive days, with a minimum of 2 on-site days.
Remote follow-up, a care guide for the household, and a check-in thirty days later.

Yes. A second home is set up much like a move-in: planned by video first, then completed in a scheduled block of on-site days, with travel and lodging at cost if it is outside Dallas–Fort Worth. A care guide makes it easy for anyone opening the house to keep it in order.
