Start with what lives inside
Empty the drawer, sort by category, and measure the biggest items first. Choose dividers to fit the items, not the other way around.
Rule of thumb
If it slides, it isn’t divided. Items shouldn’t move around when you open and close the drawer. Snug compartments keep watches, wallets, sunglasses and small items in place.
Keep it visible
Use shallow, open compartments so you can see everything from above. Put what you use daily at the front.
